[China Refractory Network]      Qingtuo Industrial newly built special steel new material project, planning land for 650 mu, with an annual output of 900,000 tons of special steel new material production system, the main construction includes: new one raw material field system, one 180m2 sintering machine, one 1200m3 blast furnace, 2 Taiwan 100t alloy melting furnace, 2 sets of 100tAOD furnace, 1 set of 100tLF furnace, 2 sets of 100tVOD furnace, 1 set of 1 machine 2 stream continuous casting machine, 2 dephosphorization stations, 1 600t/d active lime shaft kiln, synchronous supporting construction Pulverized coal injection system, dust removal system, residual pressure power generation system, sintering waste heat power generation system, and public and auxiliary facilities.      Production scale: sinter: 1.5 million tons / year (1 180m2 sintering machine); molten iron 1.08 million tons / year (1 1200m3 blast furnace); molten steel 917,000 tons / year (2 sets of 100tAOD furnace); continuous casting blank 900,000 Tons/year (400 series stainless steel)      The total investment of the project is 381.92 million yuan. The project is scheduled to start in 2017 and will be put into operation in 2018. The construction period is one year.
